Starting February 3rd, 2026, CHOICES: Center for Reproductive Health in Carbondale, Illinois, will provide Title X family planning services funded by the Illinois Family Planning Program (IFPP) through the Illinois Public Health Department (IDPH).
With this funding, CHOICES will be able to expand its services, providing patients with access to high-quality, affordable reproductive healthcare in Southern Illinois.

Family planning services that will be available to patients at a low cost through Title X include:
- STI testing and treatment
- Pregnancy testing
- Pap smears
- Breast exams
- Birth control counseling
- Birth control (includes pills, injections, implants, etc.)
- Counseling to achieve pregnancy
- Emergency contraception
- And more.
