WALK-IN PREGNANCY CONFIRMATION

Urine pregnancy test and paperwork confirmation with results of the test, and estimated conception and delivery dates.

For vaginal complaints, urinary tract infection symptoms, and birth control consults ONLY.
Visits will include time with the provider (about 20 minutes), pertinent labs and follow up, and RXs sent to the pharmacy.

Supports any patient that resides in the state of Tennessee. Contact CHOICES to inquire about ACT funding.

Mountain Access Brigade (MAB)

Supports any patient that resides in Tennessee, patient contact so they would call or text 1(855)888-6228 and an abortion doula will contact them in 24 hours for a pledge amount.

Patients Getting Care in Illinois 

Chicago Abortion Funds (CAF)

Offer funding for abortion, travel support, and help getting Medicaid coverage in Illinois. It is a patient contact, must fill out an online form.
