We are proud to announce a new pilot program at our Memphis location to ensure all people have access to gender-affirming hormone replacement therapy, regardless of their ability to pay.
All patients seeking gender-affirming care are now able to receive income-based discounts.
How it works:
- New and established patients interested in receiving a discount just need to let our team know! Share your income information — no proof of income required — and a percentage off based on your ability to pay will be taken off of your bill.
- Patients with insurance: We will still file a claim with your insurance as usual. If you have a remaining balance and need help covering it, we can apply the income-based discount on your behalf — just ask!
- Discounts are calculated using a sliding scale based on how many people live in your home and your income.
